We will not give your personal information to any third party without your consent. While we hold some details in our database, we will not use any of your personal information other than in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Our e-mail address database is built from people who have signed up via www.wearemode.com, www.wearemode.com/shop and www.wearemode.com/forum. To unsubscribe, please refer to the Mode Music homepage, fill out the unsubscribe form and click the 'go' button.

We at Mode Music consider your on-line payment security of paramount importance.

This is why we use Barclays Business ePDQ for ultra-secure online card payment, authorisation and settlement of your order. All card detail transactions are performed on Barclays own ultra-secure server to give you complete peace of mind when placing your order.

Mp3 downloads

If you have purchased mp3s, following successful payment you will be directed back to the Mode Music website where the files you have purchased will be listed and enabled for download.

To download your purchased mp3s

If you are using Internet Explorer or Opera as your browser, right-click each file and select 'Save Target As...'. Then choose a suitable location on your hardrive and click 'save'.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox as your browser, right-click each file and select 'Save Link As...'. Then choose a suitable location on your hardrive and click 'save'.

All MP3's have V.A.T. of 17.5% included in the price, this will be deducted if you live outside the E.U.
