KayBG started her
DJ career in West Wales, after buying a pair of beaten-up Soundlab belt-driven decks. Within six weeks,
she was playing free parties, house parties and has since progressed to
playing for most of the established south-west events, including Inner Rhythm, M4 West, Prime Evil, Bazooka, Fat Lace, Art Stains and many more.
Being part of a large musical family, many of her nearest and dearest are very much involved in music of all genres.
Kay says: "We all support each other when we can too, and it's great to go to their gigs as well as them coming to mine".
KayBG has supported many legendary drum & bass DJs and producers over the years including Mickey Finn, John B and Resonant Evil - and has played at both the Glastonbury and Pheonix festivals.
Besides rockin' as a drum & bass DJ, Kay covers most genres of dance music in her deejaying career, including hardhouse and trance.
