Access All Areas [AAA] was born in the UK. Being raised in a musical family, music has always been a paramount part of his life. For many years, AAA brought his musical ideas to the live gig circuit, playing guitar, bass, drums and keys in several bands, gaining valuable experience and raising heads along the way. Exploring as many aspects of music as possible, he also developed a taste for early electronica, dub and jungle/drum n' bass.
Whilst studying engineering at university, he also discovered the art of turntablism - and fell deeper into the exciting drum n' bass scene. Familiar with the turntables, he felt a strong desire to get involved in production rather than simply playing out tunes. Soon after, AAA invested in some professional studio gear. With his impressive knowledge of music, composition and engineering, he quickly set to work with learning the art of production.
His tracks are now receiving worldwide recognition, receiving airplay on BBCRadio1 [Steve Lamaq], BBCRadio1xtra [L Double and Jason/Iyare], Drum n' Bass TV, Kool FM and Aftershock radio. Access All Areas has won the 1xtra 'cutting room' production competition on two seperate occasions, and has been favorably reviewed on BBCRadio1xtra by Total Science amongst others. He has also been invited for interview on BBCRadio1Xtra for a special feature on 1xtra Bass Week.
